Sponsorship is an essential aspect in allowing us to attract internationally recognized speakers while providing an affordable event to regional professionals. This year, we are offering multiple tiers of sponsorship:
- Bronze Sponsorship – $250, which includes the following benefits: Company/Agency logo and description on the Symposium website and inside the Symposium program, general sponsor advertising during the event.
- Silver Sponsorship – $500, which includes the Bronze level benefits plus the following: Exhibition table with display space for advertising during the two-day event.
- Gold Sponsorship – $1,000, which includes the Bronze level benefits plus the following: Large exhibition table with display space for advertising during the two-day event, and complimentary registration for one person.
- Happy Hour Sponsorship – $1,500, which includes the Bronze level benefits plus the following: Large exhibition table with display space for advertising during the two-day event, prominent banner display at the Happy Hour Social, and complimentary registration for one person.
- Platinum Sponsorship – $2,000, which includes the Bronze level benefits plus the following: Premium table with exhibition space for advertising during the two-day event, prominent banner display within the venue (if necessary, a complementary banner can be provided), and complimentary registration for two people.
Sponsors will also receive their name on the website, as well as on all printed materials. Sponsorship payments should be made by check (payable to ASCE-EWRG). For any questions, see the contact page.
